New Orleans Floods Again.

As millions are again fleeing the Gulf Coast, the effects of Hurricane Rita is already being felt. Millions have fled Houston, that nation’s 4th most populous city, and have been stuck in 14 hour traffic jams. Some of those stuck in the traffic on Interstate 45 have run out of gas, and police and national guard is reportedly attempting to deliver gas to strainded motorists.

In New Orleans, there are oral reports coming that the city’s damaged levees have again begin to break. USA Today is reporting that waters have begin to overtop the Inner Harbor Canal. In some of the low lying areas of the city around Canal Street there are unconfirmed reports that flood waters have again begun to rise as high as four feet.
