Court Date Set For “The Hammer”.

A Texas judge ordered Thursday that former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-TX) to appear in court in Austin on October 21st to face the charge that he conspired to distribute corporate money to Texas state election campaigns. Behind the scenes DeLay’s lawyers are scrambling to prevent DeLay from being handcuffed, photographed, and fingerprinted when he appears in Austin.
