Bill Bennett Makes Racist Links Between Crime Rates And Black Babies.

Former Reagan administration Education Secretary Bill Bennett, on his September 28th radio show Morning In America, made some very disturbing comments between abortion rates and crime rates. Discussing a book, Freakenomics, Bennett refuted a claim allegedly made in the book that the crime rate has gone down due to the past increase in abortion rates. However, Bennett came to a different conclusion when discussing abortion rates among African-Americans.
