Rumsfeld Runs Away From War Crimes.

Donald Rumsfeld has cancelled a trip for an upcoming conference in Germany to avoid being charged with war crimes. The Center for Constitutional Rights filed a compliant accusing Rumsfeld of war crimes in a German court because German law allows for the trail of war crimes regardless of where those crimes took place.
