CIA Employee Sued For War Crimes.

Former Haitian death squad leader, Emmanuel Constant, who is now living in New York City, has been sued by three Haitian women, accusing him of crimes against humanity and the systematic use of violence to women to terrorize the Haitian people. Constant was the leader of FRAPH, who between 1991 and 1994 killed thousands of Haitian supporters of President Jean Bertrand Aristide. Constant has admitted that he was on the payroll of the CIA at the time.
