Army To Recruit High School Dropouts.

With a plan announced Tuesday, the Army will begin enlisting high school drop-outs as recruits. The military is offering to pay the recruits to attend a GED test preparation class and to cover the cost of taking a GED exam. The Army, National Guard, and Army Reserve has fallen short of their annual recruiting goals.
