The Army Corps Of Engineers Admits To Mistakes.

The chief of the Army Corps of Engineers, Lt. Gen. Carl Strock admitted that the federal government should have pre-positioned more sandbags and helicopters around New Orleans before Hurricane Katrina struck the Gulf Coast. Strock said that doing so would have allowed the military to quickly repair the broken levees.
