DNA Evidence Frees Florida Man.

Luis Diaz, a 67 year old man from Florida has been freed from jail after being imprisoned for 26 years for a crime that a judge now concludes that he did not commit. Diaz was cleared of rape charges after new DNA evidence emerged that cast serious doubts on his guilt. Diaz said of his time incarcerated that it “robbed me of part of my life.”
