Tom Delay Indicted…Again.

For second time in less than a week a Texas grand jury has indicted the former House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-TX). The new counts, issued by a separate grand jury, involve a charge of conspiring to launder money and one count of money laundering, which carries a maximum penalty of life in prison.

The move came just hours after DeLay’s lawyers attacked the technical ground of an earlier indictment handed down against DeLay earlier in the week.
