Republican Senator Says US Should Accept Cuban Aid.

Florida Republican Senator Mel Martinez has said that the US government should accept Cuba’s offer to send hundred of doctors to treat the victims of Hurricane Katrina. Despite that the State Department has said that it will not reject any offers, to date they have not taken Cuban President Fidel Castro up on his offer.
