FEMA Filled With Bush Campaign Hacks.

As questions continue to storm the White House with questions of FEMA Director Michael Brown’s qualifications for his position, questions are also being asked about a number of other top FEMA officials.

Patrick Rhode, FEMA deputy director and chief of staff, formerly worked as a political consultant for the Bush/Cheney campaign and the White House. Scott Morris, the agency’s third-highest ranking official was a public relations expert who formerly worked to produce TV and radio ads for the Bush/Cheney campaign.
