California Oks Same Sex Marriage.

The California state legislature has voted to allow same sex couples to marry in a gender-neutral marriage bill. California is the nation’s first state legislature to deliberately approve same-sex marriages. The bill will now be sent to Governor Swarzenegger’s office to be signed. Expectations are high that he may veto the bill.
