9/11 Commission Chair Criticizes Katrina Response.

Thomas Kean, the chair of the September 11th Commission has publicly criticized the federal government’s response to Hurricane Katrina and the flooding. Kean said, “The same mistakes made on 9/11 were made over again, in some cases worse, Those are system-wide failures that can be fixed and should have been fixed right away.”
