Human Rights Watch Says Bush Is Eroding Human Rights.

Kenneth Roth, the executive director of Human Rights Watch said in its annual report that the Bush administration is eroding human rights around the world by mistreating prisoners at Abu Ghraib and Guantanamo Bay and by ignoring international law. Human Rights Watch has also called on the Bush administration to set up an independent commission to investigate those human rights violations.
