Nineteen-year-old Christopher Hernandez died at the hands of the Collier County, Florida police on the 28th of December. Officials say Hernandez attacked sheriff’s deputies, kicking and ripping their uniforms. Hernandez’s relatives say when they saw him in the emergency room he was beaten badly, his head was swollen, his eyes were red, and his arms and face had scratches from being dragged against the road.
